Role Overview
Are you passionate about working with children and enjoy being energetic and playful? Join us as an Edge Kids Coach at The Edge Fitness Clubs located in West Hartford, CT. Our Edge Kids program combines fitness and fun, creating a vibrant environment where kids can thrive and grow confident.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage children aged from 12 weeks to 12 years through dynamic activities following our structured Edge Kids program.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere for members and their families.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor, always ready to smile and brighten the day of kids and parents alike.
- Follow and uphold Edge Kids' policies and procedures diligently.
- Greet parents professionally and manage the check-in process for children.
- Keep play areas clean, tidy, and sanitary to ensure a safe environment.
- Support fellow staff members throughout the fitness club as needed.
