Chief Transformation Officer

About the Role

The organization is looking for a seasoned Chief Transformation Officer to steer company-wide change efforts. In this executive position, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for shaping and delivering transformation programs that improve operations, align teams, and produce measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and carry out a transformation roadmap that supports the company’s strategic goals.
• Drive initiatives that cut across operations, finance, and commercial functions.
• Manage integration work and identify ways to improve efficiency across the business.
• Set up governance structures, program oversight, and performance measurement to track progress.
• Work closely with executive leaders to implement lasting process enhancements and support organizational change.
• Share status reports, progress insights, and key metrics with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 18 years of experience in transformation leadership, operations, management consulting, or a similar executive capacity.
• Prior experience in a Chief Transformation Officer, VP of Transformation, or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale transformation efforts and major organizational change.
• Strong background in program leadership, strategic planning, and communicating with executives.
• Capability to guide cross-functional teams in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Must be located in the United States and available to travel when required.

Compensation

The role offers a base salary between $300,000 and $525,000, along with a performance bonus and equity opportunity.
