Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead our technology strategy and innovation initiatives. This leadership role demands a strong background in technology leadership, software development, and strategic planning, combined with a passion for utilizing technology to advance business goals. The position is based in Singapore and requires working from the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate and interpret emerging technology trends to create value for clients.
• Lead high-level strategic discussions and innovation forums with client stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design and propose strategic solutions.
• Contribute to proposals, renewals, and account planning through strategic insights.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with client executives and stakeholders.
• Relay client feedback to internal business units to inform improvements and innovation.
• Oversee governance related to strategy and innovation programs.
• Represent an integrated perspective across all business units.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to client leadership, including C-suite members.
• Lead development of complex, customized solutions aligned with client needs and latest technologies.
• Facilitate client-facing activities such as executive briefings, technology workshops, and roadmap discussions that tie business goals to emerging technologies.
• Foster enduring client partnerships and identify opportunities to broaden service offerings.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in senior technology leadership roles, notably CTO or innovation leadership.
• Proven expertise in driving digital transformation and innovation projects.
• Strong commercial insight with the ability to influence significant deals.
• Exceptional skill in engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, preferably cloud platforms and digital workplace technologies.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT architecture, CTO roles, or innovation leadership, with a focus on Cloud Applications & Infrastructure or Digital Workplace domains.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and engage in consultative selling.
• Track record of leading major technology initiatives and acting as a technical lead.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
