Senior IT Manager

Overview

SCG Partners is assisting a private equity-backed digital infrastructure platform in expanding its leadership across the region. They are looking to appoint a seasoned Senior IT Manager to direct and manage the IT function, supporting business activities in a dynamic, mission-critical setting. This role offers the chance to shape technology strategy, improve IT operations, and guarantee secure, dependable, and scalable enterprise systems while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to enable further regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily administration of enterprise IT infrastructure and operations.
• Create and execute IT strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Manage network, cloud platforms, systems, cybersecurity measures, and end-user assistance.
• Oversee IT vendors, financial planning, and technological initiatives.
• Maintain business continuity plans, disaster recovery protocols, and implement security best practices.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least eight years of IT experience including roles with leadership duties.
• Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or other mission-critical environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and clear communication.
