About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Chief Strategy Officer to spearhead our organization's strategic roadmap, corporate development, and long-term growth projects. Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive the enterprise’s long-term strategic vision aligned with business goals and market prospects.
• Collaborate with top executives to set corporate priorities, growth targets, and comprehensive strategic plans.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and business outcomes to pinpoint sustainable growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic planning cycles including annual and longer-range business plans and goal setting.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives that boost operational efficiency and support organizational change.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, and HR to synchronize strategic efforts.
• Create business cases, strategic proposals, and presentations for executive decisions.
• Track strategic initiatives through performance metrics, business intelligence, and executive reporting.
• Identify areas to optimize structure, processes, and resource distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field required.
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in corporate strategy, business development, consulting, operations, or executive roles.
• Proven track record in crafting and implementing enterprise-wide strategic programs yielding measurable results.
• Deep understanding of corporate strategy, business planning, organizational development, financial analysis, and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking with ability to convert complex data into actionable strategies.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive-level decisions.
• Skilled in managing strategic planning, prioritization, and enterprise performance metrics.
• Solid business insight with excellent organizational and project leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
