About the Role

An established executive search firm is conducting a confidential search for a Chief People & Workplace Officer to lead the full spectrum of the organization's people, culture, and workplace strategies. This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to influence the company's growth by overseeing talent management, workplace experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the comprehensive people strategy encompassing talent acquisition, culture, and workplace environments.
  • Lead the workplace initiatives across physical offices, hybrid arrangements, and digital settings to enhance employee experience.
  • Manage enterprise-wide talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Direct compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Guide organizational design, effectiveness improvements, and change management processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and board to align people, culture, and workplace strategies with business objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • More than 15 years of senior leadership experience in human resources or people management roles with enterprise-level responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success in shaping talent strategies, cultivating organizational culture, and managing workplace programs on a large scale.
  • Strong proficiency in talent management, compensation strategies, and organizational design.
  • Leadership experience leading global people and workplace teams.
  • Strategic thinker capable of setting direction and making organization-wide trade-offs.
  • Executive-level communication skills suitable for board and investor engagement.
  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory; possession of an advanced degree or MBA is highly favored.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing people and workplace strategies across multiple geographic regions.
  • Track record of successfully scaling organizations during periods of rapid growth.
  • Background in corporate real estate or workplace design strategy.
  • Relevant industry experience related to the client's market sectors.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive base salary range between $450,000 and $600,000, depending on expertise, experience, and interview outcomes.
