Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a Chief Operating Partner to serve as a strategic and operational right-hand to a highly accomplished Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) entrepreneur and public figure. This senior-level role involves overseeing business, investments, and personal operations for a single principal with a focus on high-impact outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic and operational partner across multiple businesses, investments, and initiatives.
- Own and drive high-level projects, focusing on delivering outcomes beyond scheduling or coordination.
- Travel frequently, up to 50%, including trips to the Middle East and other international locations, often accompanying the principal.
- Participate in high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, and influential figures, accurately capturing key information and reporting clearly for swift and informed decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted advisor with substantial decision-making authority.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in senior roles such as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, General Manager, or Chief of Staff to a CEO, founder, or UHNW individual.
- Educational background from top-tier or Ivy League institutions.
- Demonstrated leadership running teams, managing budgets, or overseeing business units, not simply supporting roles.
- Prior exposure to UHNW environments, comfortable engaging with wealth, influence, and high-pressure settings.
- Professional demeanor with a low-ego, polished presence suitable for high-profile, influential environments.
- Exceptional communication skills capable of distilling meetings to actionable insights for quick decision-making.
- Passport ready and genuinely at ease with frequent international travel.
- Complete discretion and confidentiality are essential given the nature of responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary starting at $200,000, commensurate with experience.
- Equity participation in select ventures.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Potential pathway to partnership as the professional relationship develops.
- Direct mentorship from a globally recognized entrepreneur.
- Extensive opportunities for international exposure and travel.
- Unique access to high-level business, investment, and personal strategy discussions beyond a traditional corporate experience.
- Health insurance provided through the company HR department.
- 401(k) plan with eligibility for employee stock options after one year.
- Two weeks paid time off plus paid holidays.
- Company-provided credit card, cell phone, and laptop.
- Opportunity to bring family to select events.
- Onsite benefits such as massages and other wellness perks.
- Company-branded merchandise.
- Relocation assistance available.
Travel Requirements
Expect travel up to 50%, including domestic and international destinations such as the Middle East and Europe.
