Role Overview
We seek a highly organized and proactive professional to contribute to building this pioneering project from the ground up. This position involves project management, partnership cultivation, and fundraising support. It is distinctly not an executive assistant role focused on administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns and nurture donor relationships.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with corporations, foundations, educational institutions, and community groups.
- Oversee coordination among architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants during the development of the new flagship facility.
- Manage project schedules, organize meetings, and ensure consistent follow-up to advance initiatives.
- Assist in preparing grant applications, delivering presentations, conducting research, and contributing to strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder/CEO on organizational growth and expansion strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Outstanding organizational and communication talents.
- Proven project management skills with strong follow-through capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, project management, construction, architecture, design, real estate development, or business operations is advantageous.
- Genuine passion for positively impacting children and families.
Employee Benefits
- Access to employee discounts.
- Paid time off.
- Opportunities for training and professional development.
- Wellness resources to support employee health.
Additional Information
This is a dynamic role that prioritizes hands-on project management and strategic partnership development rather than standard executive assistant duties like calendar or travel management.
