The organization is developing a unique ecosystem centered on executive recruitment, workforce transformation, and a major community impact initiative, including a flagship tourism and economic development project anchored by the world's largest indoor lotus tropical garden in Alberta, Canada.
Role Overview
The Chief of Staff will function as the CEO's strategic partner in driving the execution of organizational priorities and scaling global initiatives. This role is critical to translating the company's vision into actionable plans and ensuring seamless alignment across various teams and leadership functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO to set strategic priorities and yearly goals.
- Manage executive schedules, prepare board materials, and organize leadership meetings.
- Produce executive briefings, reports, and decision-making documents.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall organizational health.
- Develop and implement 30- to 90-day operational plans based on strategic objectives.
- Track departmental progress, identify obstacles, and promote accountability for milestones and deliverables.
- Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional projects.
- Support the Alberta tourism project by overseeing governance, timelines, and coordination of consultants, vendors, and external parties.
- Assist with procurement, sponsorship, and partnership efforts related to large projects.
- Identify and manage project risks and escalation issues.
- Prepare updates for investors, advisors, and internal leadership.
- Manage executive hiring cycles, including interview coordination, candidate evaluations, and onboarding plans for senior staff.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with organizational values and strategic objectives.
- Enhance internal systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Create dashboards and improve reporting mechanisms.
- Facilitate effective communication across distributed teams.
- Develop scalable operational workflows.
- Maintain communications with board members, advisors, investors, and strategic partners.
- Prepare presentations for meetings and external events.
- Handle follow-ups and executive correspondence.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least 8 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in project management methodologies.
- Proven leadership experience in startup human resources teams.
- Strong knowledge of key performance indicators and administrative support functions.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and Location
The position offers an annual salary of 350,000 USD. It is a full-time remote role available to residents of Alberta, Canada.

This role reports directly to the Founder and CEO, Ipsita Dash.
