Role Overview
As the third employee joining the founding team in San Francisco, you will collaborate directly with the founders to scale various operational functions, enhance go-to-market strategies, and oversee customer onboarding initiatives. This pivotal position demands a highly proactive individual capable of transforming ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions, establishing foundational systems for an AI-based accounting platform with growing market revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation efforts from project initiation through successful product adoption and ongoing usage.
- Develop and govern the company’s go-to-market strategies, including conducting research, managing sales operations, and maintaining CRM pipeline health.
- Effectively translate founder vision into executable operational systems, comprehensive plans, and performance dashboards to address organizational challenges.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success in operations, consulting, or fast-growing startup environments with an emphasis on execution excellence and building scalable processes.
- Strong analytical acumen, comfortable navigating complex workflows, advanced spreadsheets, and leveraging AI-powered productivity applications.
- A tenacious, high-agency approach characterized by diligent follow-through and the capability to problem-solve independently without predefined guidelines.
Additional Information
The position is based in San Francisco, California, and offers a competitive salary range between $140,000 and $200,000 annually, supplemented with equity participation.
