Job description
The Opportunity
A rapidly scaling financial technology company is broadening its leadership structure as it prepares for a key mid-stage financing milestone. The business has seen strong multi-digit month-over-month growth since launch and is building modern infrastructure for wealth and retirement services. It is seeking a high-visibility Chief of Staff who will act as the strategic and operational partner to a fast-moving, founder-led executive team.
What You Will Drive
- Executive coordination and operating rhythm: work from the executive office to manage information flow, prioritize urgent matters, and put in place a reliable weekly execution cadence. This includes keeping momentum strong after important investor, regulatory, and partner interactions.
- Capital raising and institutional scaling: help coordinate upcoming funding initiatives by organizing diligence materials, managing investor outreach pipelines, and supporting large credit facility financing efforts.
- Strategic partnerships: support the day-to-day follow-through for major partnerships across digital asset infrastructure, global asset managers, and other institutional counterparties.
- Cross-functional alignment: connect the executive office with engineering, legal, and growth teams, turning broad goals into structured systems and repeatable processes.
What the Role Calls For
The ideal person will have several years of professional experience, preferably with a strong base in traditional finance or investment banking. Experience in areas such as financial institutions coverage or leveraged finance is especially relevant, and this should be complemented by hands-on operational ownership or business operations experience in a fast-growing technology environment.
You should be a highly organized operator with a strong bias toward action and systems thinking. The role suits someone with low ego who is comfortable both handling complex regulatory work with external stakeholders and building execution frameworks from the ground up.
Success here also requires stamina, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a demanding, collaborative environment. You should be proactive about identifying friction points early and precise in the way you execute.
Why This Role Stands Out
- High exposure: you will sit in on core meetings and build direct relationships with leading venture capital firms, regulators, and industry decision-makers, with very little bureaucracy in the way.
- Strong upside: the opportunity comes with meaningful equity potential in a company approaching the next major valuation step.
- Room to grow: exceptional performance in this position can create a path toward senior executive or operational leadership responsibilities.
