Role Overview
The Chief of Staff will collaborate closely with the executive leadership to support strategic, operational, and customer pipeline initiatives. This role demands driving analysis, facilitating cross-departmental coordination, and aiding in team growth as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist executives in exploring and shaping strategic business directions.
- Facilitate communication across the company, including preparing materials for all-hands meetings.
- Independently conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Drive customer pipeline activities by mapping customer landscape, spotting value opportunities, tracking engagements, and proposing strategic partnerships.
- Oversee budget development, financial modeling, projections, and ROI assessments for company initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving engineering, construction, finance, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Support recruitment activities such as hiring and onboarding new employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, science, engineering, or related fields.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Proven ability to manage projects cross-functionally with accountability for outcomes.
- Background in startups, venture capital, or similarly fast-paced environments.
- Experience in energy or construction sectors.
- 3 to 5 years of professional work experience.
- Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when necessary.
