Role Overview

Take charge of a diverse investment portfolio within a family office setting, spanning real estate, private equity, venture capital, and both listed and private assets. Spearhead investment strategy formulation, portfolio oversight, financial reporting, and stakeholder engagement while leading internal teams and coordinating with external advisors. Drive commercial strategies and investment decisions through rigorous analysis, due diligence, and partnership cultivation across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer the overall investment strategy and supervise portfolio management across an array of asset classes.
• Source, assess, and execute potential investment ventures.
• Develop and scrutinize investment analyses, financial models, and portfolio performance reports.
• Lead and mentor internal teams and collaborate closely with external partners and consultants.
• Formulate commercial strategies and construct compelling business cases for investments.
• Maintain and cultivate robust relationships with founders, investors, and strategic partners.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in investment management, private equity, venture capital, family office operations, corporate development, or principal investments.
• Demonstrated investment expertise across multiple sectors including real estate, venture capital, private equity, equities, or operational businesses.
• Proficiency in portfolio management, investment evaluation, financial reporting, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Proven leadership capabilities coupled with strong commercial acumen.
• Familiarity with the Qatari investment ecosystem is a plus, along with an extensive international network.
