Candidate Profile

• At least 15 years of progressive experience in investment management, including 10 or more years in a leadership position within financial services or asset management.
• Hands-on experience building and executing diversified investment strategies across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and real estate.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing investment team while encouraging accountability and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical capability, with experience using quantitative methods and advanced financial models to assess opportunities and risks.
• Solid understanding of investment-related regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks at national and international levels.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills for working with institutional investors, stakeholders, and external asset managers.
• Ability to explain complex investment ideas to non-financial audiences and board members while keeping alignment with organizational goals.
• Comfort using technology and financial software systems for portfolio management and analysis.
