Role Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at GME ALLIANCE is a senior executive position responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company. This full-time role is based in the United States and offers a hybrid working arrangement, including some flexibility for part-time remote work. The CFO ensures that financial processes align with the company’s strategic goals and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support organizational financial health.
• Lead financial planning initiatives and manage the financial reporting cycle.
• Analyze and interpret financial statements and provide insightful reports to executive leadership and the board.
• Collaborate with various departments to evaluate investment opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve financial performance.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external financial partners.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Expertise in finance, financial planning, and budgeting to drive strategic decisions and sustainable growth.
• Strong ability to interpret financial statements and ensure accurate, transparent reporting compliant with regulations.
• Advanced skills in financial analysis, risk assessment, and scenario modeling to guide leadership decisions.
• Significant experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally as a CFO or equivalent position in complex organizations.
• Comprehensive understanding of U.S. accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and financial governance.
• Proven leadership in developing and mentoring finance teams along with effective communication skills.
• Educational background including a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related areas; advanced degrees (MBA) or certifications (CPA, CMA) are highly valued.
• Experience implementing financial systems and improving processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
