Key Responsibilities

• Communicate financial results, growth strategies, and forecasts effectively to current and future investors.
• Offer strategic counsel on capital allocation, managing financial runway, and operational scaling.
• Develop KPIs and financial dashboards to promote data-driven management.
• Advise on pricing methods, unit economics, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Establish robust and scalable finance processes and controls as organizational needs evolve.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Fractional CFO, particularly within startup or early-stage businesses.
• Proven track record supporting venture-backed firms through successful fundraising rounds.
• Strong background in presenting financial data and business insights to investors, venture capitalists, or private equity entities.
• Expertise in creating financial models, budgets, forecasts, and executing strategic financial planning.
• Aptitude for navigating uncertainty and building finance systems from scratch.
• Insight into AI, SaaS, or technology business models including key growth metrics.
• Exceptional executive presence coupled with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred qualifications include CPA, MBA, or comparable senior financial management experience.
