About the Opportunity

A fast-growing consumer health and wellness business is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to guide its next stage of expansion and value creation. In this role, you would report to the owners and other key stakeholders and take complete ownership of performance, strategy, day-to-day operations, commercial execution, and organizational growth. The focus of the position is to strengthen revenue, widen market reach, lift profitability, and create the systems needed for sustained scale.

What You Will Lead

  • Create and carry out the company’s growth plan across multiple brands and sales channels.
  • Hold primary responsibility for P&L results and financial performance.
  • Improve revenue, strengthen margins, and raise operational effectiveness.
  • Guide product innovation, assortment planning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Broaden distribution and deepen market penetration through e-commerce and retail.
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a strong senior leadership team.
  • Put in place KPIs, operating cadences, and accountability mechanisms that support scalable growth.

Profile Sought

The ideal leader has a strong background scaling consumer brands in supplements, wellness, nutrition, food and beverage, or similar CPG categories. Prior experience as a CEO, President, General Manager, COO, or comparable executive with full P&L responsibility is important. The role calls for someone who has delivered growth in direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, retail, and omnichannel settings, while also improving profitability, refining unit economics, and steering organizational development. Experience with vitamins, minerals, supplements, functional nutrition, or wellness brands is especially relevant. Exposure to national retail expansion, omnichannel growth, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, or exit processes would be valuable.

This position is best suited to a practical, entrepreneurial executive who pairs long-range thinking with strong operational follow-through. The right person will be highly accountable, growth-oriented, and energized by building brands, teams, and durable enterprise value.

Compensation and Terms

Annual compensation is listed at $350k, along with bonus potential and benefits. All discussions are to be kept confidential.
