Role overview

The Chief Executive Officer will lead AP Advisory Inc. at the highest level in a full-time remote capacity. This person will set the strategic direction of the firm and ensure that its investment approach, capital deployment, and portfolio outcomes remain aligned with long-term business goals.

In this role, the CEO will also coordinate business planning, oversee operational management, and work alongside senior leadership to strengthen performance and support sustainable expansion. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong background in finance, including investment evaluation, capital allocation, and portfolio management.
• Capability in operations management and business planning to support efficiency and long-term growth.
• Experience with strategic planning and sales to help shape market positioning, revenue, and business development.
• Executive-level leadership experience in investment, private equity, venture capital, or a similar financial services setting.
• Demonstrated success leading distributed and diverse teams in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Track record of developing strong external partnerships and trusted professional relationships.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
