Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of an existing location or establish a new one from the ground up.

• Lead and develop the team, supporting employees in their ongoing growth.
• Define and execute the strategic direction of the site while implementing the company strategy.

Candidate profile

• Proven leadership background with demonstrable success in a senior management role.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with clear commercial judgment and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in negotiations.
• Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges while continuously developing professionally.
• Willingness to invest personally in the opportunity.
• Fluent German at negotiation level.
