Position Overview

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is the driving force behind converting CHOICE's assets into enduring revenue streams, underpinning its advocacy mission. In this role, you will spearhead the expansion and sustainability of various commercial opportunities including membership revenue across digital and print, licensing initiatives like CHOICE Recommended, commercial partnerships, and testing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CHOICE's commercial and marketing strategies, targeting sustainable growth across memberships, products, programs, and data monetisation.
  • Craft compelling commercial propositions to expand market presence and impact.
  • Lead internal marketing and sales operations by cultivating a culture of high performance within the commercial division.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing teams, and external partners to build and scale revenue generation from inception.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Proven leadership of high-performing sales teams with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and uniting stakeholders around growth objectives.
  • Strong track record in designing commercial strategies, sales planning, market launches for new offerings, effective pricing, licensing models, and consultative value-based selling, including direct deal origination and closure.
  • Experience in forming strategic partnerships, overseeing financial turnarounds, and managing full profit and loss responsibilities.
