Role Overview

The Chief Business Officer (CBO) role is a leadership position based in Patna, Bihar, requiring full-time onsite presence. The CBO will steer the strategic growth and overall business direction for Creators Mind™. Responsibilities encompass overseeing financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation to maintain profitable operations. This role is pivotal in spearheading business development, discovering partnerships, and exploring market opportunities, along with formulating go-to-market plans. Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams, strategic consulting to senior management, and defining performance metrics to evaluate business success are key components of this role. Daily tasks involve market trend analysis, revenue optimization, stakeholder relationship management, and ensuring business strategies align with the company mission to support educators and creators.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities for data interpretation and market trend evaluation supporting decisions based on data.
• Financial expertise including budgeting, forecasting, profitability assessments, and financial modeling.
• Proven skills in business development with experience in identifying growth avenues, forging partnerships, and increasing market presence.
• Management consulting experience to advise on strategic initiatives, operational enhancements, and organizational excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership experience at senior or executive levels, especially within technology, education, or digital service industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities facilitating collaboration across varied teams.
• Experience in leading high-performance teams and managing organizational change in dynamic settings.
• Preferred academic qualifications include an MBA or a similar advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
