The hotel serves mainly business travelers, airline crews, and vacation guests who value convenience and dependable service. The culinary offering includes an international and regional cuisine restaurant, a bar for relaxing evenings, and a comprehensive breakfast buffet to start guests' day well. This position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment within a structured workplace, applying service quality, professionalism, and team spirit daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your kitchen station with responsibility, overseeing mise-en-place, production processes, and workflow efficiently and independently.
- Apply culinary skills with precision and creativity to execute culinary concepts at a high standard, contributing to guest satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to quality standards and HACCP guidelines, ensuring attractive presentation and flawless dish results.
- Conduct independent ordering for your kitchen area, monitor inventory, and ensure proper storage as part of goods management.
- Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to actively participate in the evolution of menu concepts and help develop new dishes.

Candidate Profile
- Completed formal culinary training and one to two years of professional kitchen experience.
- Passion for cooking, in-depth product knowledge, and culinary creativity.
- Structured working style, strong teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
- Good command of German; English skills are an advantage.
