Channel Team Lead, Hub Delivery

About the Role

The Channel Team Lead for Hub Delivery will oversee and guide a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) responsible for onboarding and managing local retail partners in Amazon's Hub Delivery program. This leadership position merges field execution with strategic oversight to ensure the ADE team meets activation and performance goals while upholding Amazon's rigorous delivery standards. The Channel Lead acts as a mentor, problem solver, and key driver of team success in a results-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and nurture a team of ADEs to consistently deliver Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
• Provide direct support in prospecting, onboarding, and managing ADE performance.
• Cultivate a workplace culture centered on accountability, dedication, and excellence in the field.
• Track and analyze team KPIs, focusing on operations, partner activation, and delivery quality.
• Detect and address systemic challenges in assigned territories through action plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to tackle delivery quality issues.
• Gather and share field insights to enhance program design, partner experience, and scalability.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficient fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree qualification is preferred.
