About the Role
This opportunity is for a senior leader who can combine executive coaching with hands-on operational improvement. The organization is a fast-scaling, innovation-led business looking for someone who can partner with top leadership, strengthen management capability, and help improve performance across the company.
The position is designed for someone with a strong background in VP- or C-suite-level leadership who enjoys guiding other executives while also contributing to business results, process improvement, and strategic growth.
Executive Coaching and Mentoring
- Work one-to-one with senior leaders, using a structured coaching framework that will be provided through training.
- Give practical, thoughtful feedback that helps executives sharpen decision-making and reach their leadership potential.
- Support leadership teams through mentoring that improves collaboration, team chemistry, and professional growth.
Operational Excellence
- Partner with senior management to create and roll out initiatives that improve efficiency, lower costs, and support long-term growth.
- Take oversight of important operational areas such as finance, human resources, and compliance, making sure daily execution stays aligned with business goals.
- Spot opportunities for improvement and growth, including new market possibilities and better operating practices.
Strategic Leadership
- Act as a trusted sounding board for the CEO and executive team on leadership, talent development, and organizational performance.
- Drive initiatives around employee engagement, succession planning, and the development of an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Build strong business relationships and help advance both internal excellence and external expansion.
Qualifications
- You should have at least 5 years of experience in VP-level, C-suite, or similarly senior leadership positions.
- A history of improving operations and leading high-performing teams is essential.
- Experience in executive coaching, mentoring, or leadership development is expected.
- You need excellent communication and influencing ability, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of business strategy, market behavior, and effective leadership are important.
- Experience managing complex operations is required; exposure to legal or compliance work is an added advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a closely related subject is required.
- A master’s degree or doctorate would be preferred.
