Role Overview

TikTok, with over one billion users worldwide, offers a unique opportunity to innovate the shopping experience. Serving as the Category Manager for Fragrance in TikTok's US Commerce division, you will support and grow enterprise partnerships and significantly contribute to revenue growth, helping to build a seamless, secure, and engaging e-commerce ecosystem for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and nurture merchants to expand the fragrance category.
• Develop innovative collaboration approaches aligned with the merchants' short- and long-term goals, efficiently deploying platform resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address business growth challenges.
• Use a consultative method to provide sellers with strategic advice on content, operations, creators/affiliates/agency partnerships, merchandising, and logistics.
• Keep active sellers informed about TikTok Shop product updates and new promotional opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in e-commerce business roles.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales, GMV, or other commercial targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Adaptable team player with quick learning capabilities and openness to change.
• Preference for candidates familiar with TikTok and content-based e-commerce platforms.
• Valuable to have established relationships with brands and distributors.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position in the New York area is between $121,600 and $220,400, subject to factors such as experience, skills, and location. Compensation may also include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
