Be part of the group behind the momentum of #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt. This team is helping expand content- and creator-led commerce across the United States, with the goal of making shopping on TikTok more inspiring, enjoyable, and trend-driven for brands, creators, and customers. Role summary

TikTok reaches more than 1 billion users around the world and offers a strong platform for a fresh, engaging commerce experience. The company is building a commercial ecosystem in the US that is secure, intuitive, and innovative for users and partners. In this position, you will manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise partners while helping drive revenue growth for TikTok's US commerce business, specifically within the Food & Beverage category.

What you'll do

  • Bring new merchants into the category and help them grow within the platform.
  • Identify partnership models that support both immediate results and longer-term merchant goals, while using platform resources efficiently.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to remove barriers and support business expansion.
  • Advise sellers through a consultative approach that includes strategy, content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partners, merchandising, and logistics support.
  • Keep active sellers informed about product updates and new promotional opportunities on TikTok Shop.

What the company is looking for

The ideal candidate brings e-commerce experience, a history of meeting or surpassing sales and GMV targets, and strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities. You should work well in a team, learn quickly, and adapt comfortably to change. Experience in brand-led categories such as Food & Beverage, Beauty & Personal Care, or CPG is especially valuable. Familiarity with TikTok or other content platforms, plus experience in content-driven e-commerce, is a strong advantage. Existing relationships with brands and distributors are also preferred.

Benefits and compensation

The annual base salary for this role in the selected city ranges from $108,000 to $168,000. Depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location, compensation may differ from this range. In addition to base pay, the role may qualify for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits can vary by employment type and location, but may include day-one medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and wellbeing benefits. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays each year, 10 paid sick days annually, and 17 days of paid personal time, prorated at hire and increasing with tenure.
