Join Kiddi Caru Day Nursery, part of Grandir UK, as a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant in Wellingborough. Responsibilities

• Uphold high standards of quality within the nursery environment.
• Provide support and supervision to playroom staff in their daily tasks.
• Effectively deploy staff to ensure consistent delivery of required standards across all rooms.
• Oversee the implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and assign children to keycarers.
• Ensure nursery practices align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
• Deliver professional and relevant feedback to parents and carers regarding their child's progress.
• Promote the nursery positively to current parents and prospective clients.
• Foster open and positive working relationships with all staff members.
• Ensure all staff maintain friendly and professional interactions with parents and carers.

Requirements

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Ability to support and supervise playroom staff effectively.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
