Job description
Position Overview
As a Cash Office Responsible, you will take charge of the cash office and manage the sales floor administration at your store, ensuring all operations run smoothly and adhere to company policies. Your role includes training and supporting the store team to confidently execute procedures involving cash handling, stock management, banking, and administrative tasks. You will embody company values while contributing to personal and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve store efficiency by implementing and maintaining best practices in cash management, technical equipment use, and administrative processes, while assisting store leadership and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service when needed.
- Conduct account reconciliations, oversee money-handling routines, manage cash register opening and closing procedures, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with management and loss prevention teams for follow-up.
- Maintain security measures in compliance with company standards, support and participate in audits.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure smooth customer and colleague interactions on the sales floor.
- Provide training and continuous support to store staff on checkout protocols, cash point operations, and other related store processes to guarantee consistent adherence.
- Represent yourself and the brand positively in all customer interactions.
Collaborative Environment
You will be part of a vibrant Store Team including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and others. Together with the wider Area Team, you will collaborate across stores to share knowledge and drive success. Your role supports customers to confidently express their style with our latest fashion and timeless pieces, promoting an inclusive and sustainable shopping experience.
