CASA Sales Officer

About the Role

Axis Bank is seeking candidates for the position of CASA Sales Officer to work on-roll. This role involves promoting and selling Current Accounts and Savings Accounts to new and existing customers, with responsibilities extending to various sales and compliance duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales by acquiring new customers for Current and Savings Accounts.
• Engage in local travel regularly as part of marketing activities to connect with potential clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to increase deposits and cross-sell banking products.
• Meet sales targets assigned daily and monthly by the bank.
• Ensure completion of all necessary certifications post joining, such as AMFI and EUIN.
• Participate in learning programs arranged by the bank on an ongoing basis.
• Record customer interactions daily in the bank’s CRM system.
• Adhere strictly to all relevant compliance standards, including regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Support and engage in initiatives introduced by the bank from time to time.

Requirements

• Any degree qualification is acceptable.
• Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driving license is mandatory for the role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary package with total cost to company (CTC) of approximately INR 19,800.
• Take-home pay around INR 16,500 plus incentives ranging from INR 40,000 to 50,000 per month.

Career Progression

Opportunity exists for fast-track advancement from Sales Officer to Sales Officer 1, then Assistant Manager Sales, followed by further sales leadership roles within the organization.
