Caregivers will assist clients in their homes and support their participation in community activities to enhance personal growth and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, compassionate assistance to clients according to individualized care plans.
• Support and encourage skill-building activities and participation in community events.
• Work independently while following established guidelines and care instructions.

Requirements
