About the role
We are looking for motivated and dependable career changers to join our team in the Bad Fallingbostel area as ticket inspectors. This role is part of a growing security-focused business that delivers professional protection and safety services. The position is based on a 40-hour work week, offers a permanent contract, and can be started immediately. The hourly pay is between EUR 16.00 and EUR 25.00.
We place strong emphasis on structured training and ongoing development so team members can keep building their expertise in safety practices and service quality.
What the job involves
- Check passengers’ tickets carefully and help keep operations running smoothly onboard.
- Explain ticket rules in a courteous way and answer questions about fares and ticket conditions.
- Record passenger counts and ticket inspections accurately to support service quality.
- Respond quickly and professionally to unexpected situations to maintain order and safety on the train.
- Work closely with train staff to ensure a pleasant and coordinated journey for passengers.

- Good social skills and empathy for handling passenger needs and concerns in a positive manner.
