Role overview
This full-time, on-site position is for a store detective in Wiesbaden. The role is permanent, starts as soon as possible, and offers hourly pay between EUR 16 and EUR 25 depending on qualifications and the scope of duties. Key duties
- Monitor activity on the sales floor and identify behavior that could indicate theft or other suspicious conduct.
- Carry out regular patrols across the store to help protect merchandise and stock.
- Record incidents and prepare written reports on thefts and other notable events.
- Work closely with store staff to maintain a safe shopping environment.
- Respond quickly and professionally to security alerts and assist with follow-up on incidents.

- Strong observational skills and attention to detail to spot suspicious activity at an early stage.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and interaction with customers or employees when needed.
- Ability to stay calm, composed, and effective under pressure.
