Responsibilities After Training

• Ensuring the safety of all personnel at railway construction sites in coordination with your team.
• Warning track workers of approaching trains using various signals and modern warning systems.
• Implementing safety regulations and instructing new safety personnel.
• Maintaining smooth operations through effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Taking full responsibility for organizing and supervising safety measures on construction sites.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum age of 18 years and a secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
• No prior experience is required, but a responsible attitude towards safety and reliability is essential.
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Proficient communication skills in German, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable locations.
• A driver's license class B and personal vehicle are preferred but not mandatory.
