Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to Home Support Workers.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-focused care services.
• Conduct client visits, spot checks, and care reviews to maintain standards.
• Assist with care planning and coordination of services for clients.
• Promote adherence to quality, compliance, and best practice within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Essential: QQI Level 5 Major Award in a healthcare-related discipline.
• Previous experience in healthcare, homecare, or social care settings.
• Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Highly desirable: QQI Level 6 Supervisory Management qualification.
• A sincere commitment and passion for providing exceptional care.
• Must possess a full driving licence and have access to a personal vehicle.
