Role Overview
The organisation is hiring a Care Assistant for night duty as part of the growth of its new residential services. This is a full-time, onsite position under a service-based contract. The role is suited to energetic, enthusiastic and caring people who are committed to providing respectful, person-centred support that protects dignity, supports wellbeing and encourages independence.
The post offers the chance to contribute to a new residential setting that helps individuals build meaningful, self-directed lives in their home and local community.
Role Function
The Care Assistant partners with the people supported by the service to strengthen their rights, dignity, wellbeing, inclusion and independence through tailored support. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the position helps individuals pursue their personal goals and aspirations while promoting health, safety and overall wellbeing.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver support that is tailored to each person and based on individual needs.

Requirements
- At least QQI Level 5 in Health Care Support or Social Care is required; a diploma or degree in Social Care or another relevant discipline would be an advantage.
- A full clean driving licence is essential, along with a willingness to drive.
- Availability for mainly night duty, with day and evening shifts when needed, is required.
