About the Role
As a Car Advisor at Cars24, your primary responsibility is to guide customers through the buying and selling of pre-owned vehicles. You will evaluate car conditions and facilitate smooth, transparent transactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences, recommending appropriate pre-owned cars.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to finalizing the sale, ensuring a positive and hassle-free process.
- Keep current with the pre-owned car inventory, including features, pricing, and market comparisons.
- Organize and accompany customers on test drives, providing detailed information and addressing queries.
- Present financing options to customers to help them make informed decisions on fair deals.
- Support customers in completing sales paperwork, financing applications, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain contact with potential and past buyers through follow-up calls to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, aiming to resolve issues satisfactorily.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in automobile sales or customer-centric roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled in negotiation and closing sales successfully.
- Adept at building trust and positive rapport with clients.
- Comprehensive understanding of pre-owned vehicles and the automotive landscape.
- Must hold a valid driving license with a clean record.
