Role overview
This position is focused on candidate coordination and interview support within talent acquisition and HR operations. The role centers on ensuring a smooth, professional, and well-organized interview journey for applicants while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and arrange interviews across different formats such as virtual, in-person, panel, and off-site sessions, while keeping calendars aligned and communication timely.
- Act as the main contact for candidates during the interview cycle by sharing instructions, updates, and other relevant interview details.
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, schedules, and interviewer availability.
- Handle interview coordination tasks including meeting setups, video conferencing arrangements, room reservations, and travel support when required.
- Keep candidate information accurate and current in the applicant tracking system and maintain data quality throughout recruitment.
- Collect interview feedback and manage follow-ups so evaluations and decisions are completed without delay.
- Help improve interview coordination processes, templates, and workflows to make operations more efficient and improve candidate experience.
- Support employer branding efforts by ensuring candidates receive a consistent, positive, and professional experience that reflects company values.
- Communicate with candidates professionally, discreetly, promptly, and with strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 months of experience in a corporate setting through internships, apprenticeships, or full-time work.
- Exposure to recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or stakeholder management will be considered an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree from a recognized university is mandatory.
- Only graduates may apply; students currently pursuing a degree are not eligible.
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in human resources is preferred.
- Applicants must be based in Bangalore.
