Candidate Success Executive - TA/HR - Fresher

About the role

This position focuses on ensuring a smooth and professional interview journey for candidates. The role involves coordinating with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, while keeping communication timely, organized, and candidate-friendly. It is based in Hyderabad and is intended for applicants from Hyderabad only.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize interview schedules across virtual, in-person, panel, and off-site formats, making sure calendars are aligned and messages go out on time.
• Act as the main contact for candidates during the hiring process, sharing instructions, updates, and interview details clearly.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and interviewer availability.
• Handle interview-related arrangements such as meeting setup, video call coordination, room bookings, and travel support wherever needed.
• Keep candidate information accurate and current in the applicant tracking system and protect data quality throughout the process.
• Collect interviewer feedback and follow up to help move evaluations and hiring decisions forward quickly.
• Improve interview coordination methods, templates, and workflows to make the process more efficient and improve candidate experience.
• Support employer branding efforts by delivering a consistent, professional, and positive experience that reflects company values.
• Communicate with candidates professionally, maintaining confidentiality, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail.

Requirements

The role asks for at least 3 months of experience in a corporate setting, which may come from an internship, apprenticeship, or full-time role. Exposure to recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or stakeholder management is considered an advantage. A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is mandatory, and only graduates may apply. Candidates who are currently pursuing a degree are not eligible. An MBA or postgraduate qualification in human resources is preferred.

Compensation and other details

The package offered is INR 3,00,000 to INR 3,30,000 per year. The role requires immediate joining. The application deadline is 31 July 2026 at 11:59:59 PM. There are 5 openings available. This is a full-time, onsite position in Hyderabad.
