Role Overview

We are seeking a committed Campus Recruitment Specialist to spearhead our campus hiring efforts and establish a robust talent pipeline from premier colleges and universities. Candidates with experience in campus recruitment and a passion for nurturing lasting institutional partnerships are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and enhance connections with colleges, universities, and their placement cells.
• Design, coordinate, and implement comprehensive campus recruitment drives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ascertain hiring needs and workforce strategies.
• Organize campus engagement activities, including pre-placement presentations and recruitment events.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment tracking dashboards and deliver frequent updates on campus hiring status.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in campus recruitment roles.
• Have an established network within academic institutions and placement departments.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple campus recruitment initiatives concurrently.
