Job description
Role Overview
The Campus Recruiter will drive end-to-end hiring for roles spanning manufacturing operations and corporate teams. The focus will be on university outreach, campus engagement, student-centric sourcing tools, and building creative talent acquisition solutions that attract early-career candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete recruiting process from requisition intake through offer discussion and closure, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and requisition coordination.
- Manage student and entry-level hiring requests across several locations and job families.
- Reach out proactively to passive candidates using direct sourcing methods and targeted search techniques.
- Assess applicants carefully and identify high-potential talent for open positions.
- Build sourcing plans and agree on communication expectations with hiring managers, talent acquisition leadership, and HR partners.
- Work in a highly organized and professional manner while communicating effectively, presenting clearly, and staying productive in a fast-moving environment.
- Use alternative sourcing channels to expand the candidate pool.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent network that can be scaled quickly.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape search strategies, create target school lists, run networking outreach, and support recruiting calls that build candidate pipelines.
- Bring strong drive, adaptability, persistence, and a focus on delivering results.
- Understand business operations and manufacturing environments well enough to support recruiting needs effectively.
- Consistently achieve performance targets set by the Director of Talent Acquisition.
- Share regular updates and status reporting with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers as needed.
- Run hiring activities in compliance with EEO rules, ADA requirements, veteran hiring guidelines, and other applicable OFCCP obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in university recruiting and/or early-talent recruiting.
- Background in recruiting for early-career engineering and corporate roles.
- Working knowledge of Handshake.
- Preferred: experience with Google Suite.
- Preferred: experience using Workday.
- Preferred: experience with Paradox.
