Internship Overview
This internship provides hands-on exposure to a leading global tech company where you will participate in impactful initiatives, workshops, and social events designed to build core professional competencies. As a LIVE Content and Social Media Operations Intern, you will support TikTok LIVE ANZ campaigns by creating and managing content, handling account operations, and analyzing performance metrics. Collaboration with Campaign Managers, Creator Management, and marketing teams will be fundamental to bringing campaigns to life through engaging short-form videos and platform promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos for TikTok LIVE ANZ's official account, including campaign highlights, creator features, educational pieces, and event summaries.
- Edit videos, write captions, select hashtags, and publish content ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Transform campaign and event materials into captivating short-form content across platforms.
- Manage daily operations of the LIVE ANZ official account, including scheduling, calendar management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Monitor audience interactions, trends, and feedback; report insights to the team.
- Track account performance metrics such as views, engagement, and shares, supporting weekly reporting.
- Assist with content requirements for online campaigns and offline or hybrid events, like creator meetups.
- Organize campaign assets including videos, photos, and creator submissions for internal and public use.
- Support the creation of post-campaign highlight videos and recap posts.
- Stay up to date on local TikTok ANZ trends, viral formats, and creator styles to inspire content ideas.
- Contribute innovative ideas aligned with LIVE campaigns and account objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business, or a related discipline.
- Genuine interest in TikTok, short-form video content, and the creator economy.
- Basic proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Commitment to a minimum three-month internship period.
- Preferred: Experience managing or contributing to a TikTok account, familiarity with LIVE streaming, creative mindset, internet culture awareness, and receptiveness to feedback.
