Camp Attendant - Premium

About the Role

Civeo Premium Services at Tse Zul Camp in Faro, Yukon is seeking a dedicated Camp Attendant whose mission is to maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests, effectively creating a home-like atmosphere away from home.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing, ensuring tasks meet defined time targets.
• Make beds and replace bed linens according to set schedules.
• Clean laundry facilities thoroughly, including washers, dryers, surrounding areas, and remove lint from dryers after each use.
• Sanitize bathrooms completely after every shift change, covering shower stalls, mats, sinks, toilets, and floors.
• Monitor the Daily Room Allocation sheet to accommodate special guest requests as they arise.
• Report any instances of damage, theft, or abandoned items promptly to the Supervisor.
• Follow established company safety policies and operating procedures strictly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior housekeeping experience is advantageous.
• Possession of a current and valid First Aid certification is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
• High attention to detail is essential.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extensive periods.
• Successful completion of a pre-access drug and alcohol screening is mandatory for employment.

Employment Details and Benefits

• Work schedule follows a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation.
• Hourly wage: $20.25 per hour.
• Shifts are 10 hours in length.
• Estimated gross monthly earnings can reach approximately $3,200 before deductions, varying by actual hours and payroll cycles.
• Travel expenses are covered from Edmonton (YEG), Calgary (YYC), and Vancouver (YVR).
