About the Role
We are expanding our internal call center team and seeking experienced professionals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to clients and partners. Preference will be given to candidates with hotel industry experience who understand call handling standards and security protocols.
The position serves as the initial contact point, shaping the company's first impression. The ideal applicant should be dedicated, responsible, creative, and possess strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to perform effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls.
- Ensure smooth call center operations to provide the highest quality client experiences.
- Answer and redirect all calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide positive, timely responses to client inquiries.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to respond effectively to client and partner questions or issues.
- Protect client confidentiality by safeguarding sensitive information.
- Document all calls accurately within the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team goals in both quality and quantity metrics.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships while endorsing company culture and values.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of call center experience in the UAE, with a preference for hospitality sector experience.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and mastery of telephone etiquette.
- Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability to diverse personalities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in intermediate computer skills, including MS Office applications.
Additional Information
- Work Schedule: Five days per week (Monday to Friday), nine-hour shifts each day.
- Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Compensation: Up to 6500 AED monthly, dependent on skills and experience.
