About the Role
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join the Guest Services Call Center Team at Walt Disney World as full-time Call Center Representatives. This role is centered on delivering exceptional customer care to a diverse range of Guests, including those visiting onsite. The position operates within a fast-paced call center environment that functions 24/7 and requires full availability. Representatives will answer a variety of general inquiries and provide support specifically related to Walt Disney World Resort Hotels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding Guest Service and solutions while utilizing sound judgment and prompt decision-making.
- Show enthusiasm and a keen interest in Disney products and offerings.
- Navigate efficiently between several computer applications during calls.
- Handle emergency calls with appropriate responses.
- Achieve and maintain departmental performance metrics and efficiency standards.
- Respond to inquiries, offer directions, and share comprehensive information about The Walt Disney World Resort and nearby attractions.
- Build positive relationships with both Guests and Cast Members from all business areas to ensure top-quality service.
- Complete all mandatory company training and compliance courses as scheduled.
- Adhere to Walt Disney World transfer policies and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and comfort working with dual monitors.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Availability for three full weeks of training with full attendance.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Adaptability and cooperative spirit to meet the changing needs of the operation.
- Capability to resolve conflicts efficiently and make swift decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or contact center experience.
- Knowledge of Walt Disney World products and services.
- Understanding of Disney Cast Life and My Disney Experience tools.
- Bilingual language skills.
