Position Overview

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering (Technical University/FH) or equivalent vocational training.
• Proficient in construction-specific application software, ideally experience with RIB iTWO.
• Significant expertise in cost calculation, VOB regulations, and contract management.
• Competent with MS Office Suite and MS Project.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is desirable.
• Responsible and goal-oriented work ethic with strong decision-making and motivation.
• Independent, flexible, and structured approach combined with economic thinking and personal high standards.

Role Responsibilities

• Analyzing and evaluating tender documents.
• Collaborating and coordinating involved employees during the bidding phase.
• Communicating with project teams, clients, authorities, experts, subcontractors, planners, and internal departments.
• Creating bill of quantities and independently determining costs and performance metrics.
• Defining market inquiries and managing procurement for supplies and subcontractor services.
• Supporting technical departments in preparing alternative bids and special proposals.
