Core duties
The position involves serving customers directly at the branch window and processing the transactions requested by clients.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process cash deposits at the branch counter.
- Handle cheque payments and related teller transactions.
- Carry out any other banking service requested by customers at the branch.
- Maintain service quality throughout all client interactions.
- Work in accordance with the bank’s regulations, policies, and operational guidelines.
