• Demonstrates a true passion for hospitality and especially the craft of coffee making.
• Exhibits reliability and dedication, with a strong personal work ethic.
• Eager to learn and adopt the Columbus Coffee methods for delivering excellent drinks.
• Open and confident communicator with customers.
• Flexible availability to cover daytime shifts, including weekends, as the store is open seven days.

While previous barista experience in a bustling café environment is advantageous, candidates with the right enthusiasm and love for coffee will receive training.

• Shift options:
  • Monday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • OR
  • Monday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Reporting to the Department Team Leader.
