About the Role
IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a CAD Manager to join the Retail Asset Operations team, focusing on Business Banking Group (BBG) activities. This position demands managing daily operations such as onboarding clients, setting credit limits, overseeing disbursement and repayment plans, and processing payments. Additionally, the role involves document archival and retrieval, compilation of MIS reports, and ensuring full adherence to company policies with zero error tolerance. Coordination with stakeholders and timely task completion are essential.
Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding procedures for working capital products.
- Manage credit limit setups for various working capital facilities including overdrafts, cash credit, demand loans, letters of credit, bank guarantees, and term loans.
- Handle disbursement tasks and establish repayment schedules effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment processing within specified turnaround times.
- Maintain document archival systems and facilitate retrieval efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute Management Information System reports relating to limit setup and disbursement activities.
- Comply with all organizational policies to maintain zero errors in operations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of working capital and agricultural financing systems, supported by at least one year of relevant experience.
- Gather and analyze data from multiple stakeholders for regulatory compliance reporting.
- Present insightful data analyses to senior management and external partners using MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Manage vendor relationships involving legal, technical, and Registrar of Companies (ROC) coordination.
Skills and Qualifications
- Solid understanding of agricultural financial product processes and systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate among various stakeholders and maintain vendor relationships.
Eligibility and Education
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree such as B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BBI, or BMS. Postgraduate qualifications like MBA, M.Com, or MA are also desirable. Candidates must possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in retail asset operations or CAD/agri loan processing.
