Responsibilities

• Develop civil engineering plan sets including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Integrate survey field data into base drawings and existing conditions plans.

• Maintain CAD standards, templates, layering schemes, and LISP routines.

• Support quantity calculations and prepare construction details.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience producing drawings with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• History of producing civil site plan sets from conceptual phases through permit-ready stages.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans, surveys, and legal descriptions accurately.
• Strong focus on detail and diligence to maintain accuracy.
• Competency managing several active drawings concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with land development, subdivisions, or site design projects.
• Knowledge of AutoLISP routines and workflow automation tools.
• Exposure to survey data handling, including point files, surfaces, and boundary drafting.
• Familiarity with municipal submission protocols and permitting procedures.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related disciplines.
