What Riyadh Air Is Looking For

The airline is seeking someone who communicates naturally, enjoys serving people, and can consistently balance excellent guest service with strong attention to safety. The ideal candidate should bring positive energy, professionalism, and the Hafawa spirit to every interaction.

A strong sense of adventure, teamwork, and readiness to represent the airline are also important, along with the ability to keep passengers safe and comfortable from departure to arrival.

Eligibility and Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old
• A high school certificate or an equivalent/higher qualification is required
• You should have at least 1 year of experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role
• Minimum height requirement is 160 cm, with an arm reach of 212 cm
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are welcome
• You must be a confident swimmer and able to use flotation devices
• No visible tattoos or piercings are allowed while in uniform
• You must satisfy Saudi employment visa conditions and be willing to relocate to Riyadh
